 EDITOR REVIEW: SEVEN MILE BEACH. The elegant Hyatt Grand Cayman's signature restaurant, the open-air Hemingway's boasts splendid views of the water and Seven Mile Beach. Fresh seafood is the specialty, with patrons enjoying everything from boniato-wrapped prawns to grilled red snapper. The restaurant's Key West-themed decor pays homage to its namesake, who bought a home there in 1931. Since this is one of Grand Cayman's most popular restaurants, advance reservations are a must. |
